Job summary

GTech is seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to drive enterprise mobile apps for its Custom Development projects in Indonesia. You will shape the mobile architecture, implement robust state management, and ensure secure, high-performance apps across iOS and Android.

You will collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and clients, owning release management, code quality, and mentorship to junior developers in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on production Flutter mobile development for iOS and Android.
• Publishes apps on Google Play and App Store with certificates and provisioning.
• Deep experience with Riverpod, BLoC/Cubit, or Provider for state management.
• Experience with native platform integration via Platform Channels using Swift/Obj-C and Kotlin/Java.
• Strong Clean Architecture, SOLID, Repository Pattern, and DI in Flutter.
• Experience establishing Mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).
• Mobile security best practices: SSL Pinning, biometrics, secure storage, root/jailbreak detection, code obfuscation.
• Experience with automated tests: Unit, Widget, Integration (Mocktail, Mockito, Patrol).
• Agile/Scrum environment experience and mentoring juniors.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Senior Flutter Developer is responsible for driving the technical architecture, development, quality, and lifecycle delivery of enterprise cross-platform mobile applications across iOS and Android for PT GTech Digital Asia's Custom Development projects.

This role leads the mobile engineering squad in implementing robust Clean Architecture, scalable state management (BLoC/Riverpod), flawless native bridge integrations, strict mobile security, and smooth 60/120 FPS UI experiences. The role actively collaborates with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and client stakeholders to deliver feature-rich, high-performance mobile products.

As a Senior-level engineer, the role is expected to take full ownership of mobile architecture decisions, establish CI/CD automation and release management pipelines, ensure zero-defect store deployments, resolve complex native/hybrid technical challenges, and mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster engineering excellence.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on production experience developing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade mobile applications using Flutter & Dart for iOS and Android.
• Proven track record of publishing, releasing, and updating multiple applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (handling certificates, provisioning profiles, privacy manifests, and App Store Review Guidelines).
• Deep experience with modern Flutter state management solutions, specifically Riverpod , BLoC / Cubit, or Provider.
• Hands-on experience with native mobile integration via Platform Channels (MethodChannel, EventChannel, Pigeon) using Swift/Objective-C (iOS) and Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Strong experience implementing Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, Repository Pattern, and Dependency Injection in Flutter.
• Experience establishing and maintaining Mobile CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).
• Solid experience in implementing mobile security best practices: SSL Pinning, Biometric Authentication, Secure Storage (Keychain / Keystore), Root/Jailbreak detection, and code obfuscation.
• Experience in writing automated tests: Unit Tests, Widget Tests, and Integration Tests (Mocktail, Mockito, Patrol).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum software delivery environments and mentoring junior to mid-level mobile developers.
