Job summary

VLink Inc is seeking a Mobile Developer to design, build, and maintain Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps in Jakarta. You will implement MVVM, Clean Architecture, and reusable UI components for strong performance.

With 3–4 years of mobile experience, you will work with Retrofit, Coroutines, Flow, Dagger Hilt, and Firebase, collaborating with Product, Backend, QA, and design teams in an Agile environment. On-site work is expected. You will assist publish to Google Play and Apple App Store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Mobile Developer for Android and/or iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency in Android development using Kotlin and/or iOS development using Swift.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Clean Architecture, SOLID, and best practices.
• Experience with MVVM, single-activity architecture, and reactive programming concepts.
• Hands-on with Android Jetpack components, Retrofit, Coroutines, Flow, and Dagger Hilt.
• Familiar with Swift frameworks and native iOS architecture.
• Experience building reusable UI components and scalable apps.
• REST API, Firebase integration, and mobile security best practices.
• Familiar with CI/CD concepts, DevOps, Docker, Git Flow, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with multi-module projects and deployment to Play Store / App Store.
• Knowledge of Android layouts (CoordinatorLayout, ConstraintLayout, etc.).
• Understanding obfuscation with R8/Proguard and creating rules.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile apps for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift).
• Design scalable, secure, high-performance mobile architectures using MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Develop responsive, reusable mobile UI components for optimal UX.
• Integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and Firebase SDKs.
• Apply MVVM, Clean Architecture, SOLID, and reactive programming principles.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UI/UX, Backend, QA, and stakeholders throughout SDLC.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, debugging, testing, deployment, and support.
• Maintain clean, maintainable code following Git flow and coding standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment automation, monitoring, and stack improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation for deployment and implementation processes.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide fixes for production incidents.
• Assist in publishing and deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Experienced in implementing MVVM Design Pattern, Single Activity Architecture (Multiple Fragment), and Reactive Programming concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Android Jetpack components, Retrofit, Coroutines, Flow, Dependency Injection (Dagger Hilt), and View Binding.
• Familiarity with Swift development frameworks and native iOS application architecture.
• Experience developing reusable custom UI components and scalable mobile applications.
• Good understanding of REST API integration, Firebase SDK integration, and mobile application security best practices.
• Familiar with CI/CD concepts, DevOps practices, Docker, Git Flow, Jira, Confluence, Figma, and collaborative Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with multi‑module architecture projects and mobile application deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of Android XML layouts including CoordinatorLayout, ConstraintLayout, LinearLayout, FrameLayout, ScrollView, and NestedScrollView.
• Understanding of obfuscation techniques using R8 or Proguard and experience creating obfuscation rules.
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, debugging, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams while adapting to evolving technologies and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications for Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) platforms based on business requirements and technical standards.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high‑performance mobile application architectures using modern development practices and design patterns.
• Develop responsive and reusable mobile UI components while ensuring optimal application performance and user experience.
• Implement and integrate REST APIs, third‑party services, and Firebase SDK into mobile applications.
• Apply MVVM architecture, Clean Architecture principles, SOLID principles, and reactive programming concepts within mobile application development.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX Designers, Backend Developers, QA teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Participate actively in sprint planning, code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Maintain clean, maintainable, and scalable source code following coding standards, Git flow practices, and technical guidelines.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation, deployment automation, application monitoring, and continuous technology stack improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application development, deployment, and implementation processes.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and provide temporary workaround and permanent solutions for production issues and application incidents.
• Support application publishing, release management, and deployment activities to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
