Job summary

PT Sumberdaya Sewatama ( Part of Tiara Marga Trakindo Group) seeks an operations and maintenance leader to drive excellence across strategic contracts, improving service performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic industrial setting.

You will oversee project implementation, manage KPI/SLA, and ensure risk controls, HSE adherence, and strong client relationships while coordinating cross-functionally and visiting sites as needed.

Qualifications

• D3/S1 education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Electrical, Industrial, Heavy Equipment, or Mining (preferred).
• 5–7 years of work experience in operational, maintenance, or related positions.
• POP or POM certificate (preferred).
• Understanding of operational management, maintenance, KPI/SLA, and risk management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
• Willing to conduct site visits as required by work needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct operational management and maintenance, project implementation according to applicable contracts including KPI/SLA and penalties/Liquidate Damage (LD).
• Ensure and monitor Profitability/Gross Profit (GP) of each contract and MSS section consolidation with effective and efficient operational and maintenance cost control, and ensure revenue aligns with power plant production plans.
• Ensure risk control processes for each contract and MSS section run according to risk mitigation plans to prevent disruption to contract and MSS section targets.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and good relationships in all operational and maintenance contract management activities for MSS products.
• Ensure HSE program implementation in all work activities in MSS section.
