A leading mineral mining company in Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR operations. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of HR experience, preferably in the nickel mining industry, and fluency in English. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and strategic thinking capabilities. Placement will be at the Jakarta Head Office.
The Position will responsible for all aspects of HR operations in the company and report to the HR Corporate Head.
Education: minimal S1 Psychology or related from reputable university and certified to conduct psychological tests and analysis.
Minimum 7 years experience in the HR area. Experience in nickel mining or nickel smelter industry preferred.
Mastering various HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, payroll process, income tax, Development, industrial relations, etc.
Experienced in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and have a good understanding about management system, SOP, and Company Culture.
Fluency in English is a must. Male or Female with max age 35. Strong leadership & High-level thinking skills.
Placement in Jakarta Head Office, SCBD, South Jakarta.
