A growing mining company in Jakarta is seeking an HR Manager responsible for all aspects of HR operations. The ideal candidate must have a degree in Psychology, a minimum of 7 years in HR, and experience in the nickel industry. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and supporting line managers. Strong leadership and fluency in English are essential.
The Position will responsible for all aspects of HR operations in the company and report to the HR Corporate Head.
Education minimal S1 Psychology or any major related from a reputable university and certified to conduct psychological tests and analysis.
Minimum 7 years experience in the HR area.
Experience in the nickel mining or nickel smelter industry is preferred.
Mastering various HR functions such as Recruitment, Compensation & benefits, payroll process, income tax, Development, industrial relations, etc.
Experienced in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and have a good understanding about management system, SOP, and Company Culture.
Fluency in English is a must.
Male or Female with max age 35.
Strong leadership & High-level thinking skills.
Placement in Jakarta Head Office, SCBD, South Jakarta.
