About the role

Join PT Formulatrix Indonesia as a full‑time Electronics Engineer. Based in Central Java, you will be an integral part of the technical team, responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cutting‑edge electronic systems and components that power our innovative products.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and support cross‑functional design reviews including requirements definition, manufacturability assessments, and application.
• Plan your own projects accurately.
• Plan and manage projects across multiple disciplines accurately.
• Perform root‑cause analyses by utilizing established problem‑solving tools and methodologies.

What we’re looking for

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent with a heavy focus on electronics and embedded system design.
• Have advanced knowledge of PCB layout and PCB design software, Hardware Description Language (VHDL / Verilog) and DSP, C or C++.
• Have advanced project experience in electronic design, robotics, embedded programming, and Python.
• Have experience leading a team.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi‑task and re‑prioritize as necessary.
• Have good communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga or Semarang.
