Job summary

Frisian Flag Indonesia seeks a QC Analyst Microbiology to safeguard product quality and food safety by conducting microbiological testing across raw materials, production processes, finished products, and the manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Production and Quality Assurance, provide timely results, support investigations, and contribute to continuous improvement to protect consumer trust.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biology, Food Science, or related field.
• 1+ year of microbiology laboratory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of microbiological testing methods and food safety principles.
• Experience with GMP/GLP and ISO 17025 is advantageous.
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia; able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analysis on raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, utilities, and environmental samples.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret microbiological results to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Prepare and communicate laboratory findings, deviations, and quality risks to stakeholders.
• Ensure accurate documentation and data entry of testing activities and results.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for deviations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and testing media in good condition.
• Promote and support GMP, ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and FSSC 22000 within the lab.
