Job summary

Cermati is seeking a field sales representative to drive SME merchant engagement in Medan. You will build and maintain relationships with merchants using our Merchant Apps and aim to hit sales targets in your area.

You will train store staff on Merchant Apps, help ensure POP materials are placed effectively, and socialize promotions to maximize merchant participation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or diploma preferred.
• Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in Leasing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with SME offline merchants using Merchant Apps.
• Be responsible for sales targets in their area.
• Provide training on Merchant Apps to store staff.
• Ensure placement of POP promotional materials in-store.
• Promote awareness of promotions to store staff.
