Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields from a reputable university
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail merchandising
• Experience managing Footwear and/or Apparel categories
• Experience in branded sportswear, fashion, or footwear companies is a strong advantage
• Proven experience leading a merchandising team
• Strong and deep understanding of merchandise planning and assortment building
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, reporting tools, sell‑through analysis)
• High market and trend sensitivity in lifestyle/sportswear categories
• Strong negotiation, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and strategic thinking
