Job description

Responsibilities

Support and oversee the entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.

Ensure samples, costing, and order confirmations are aligned with buyer timelines and production capacity.

Coordinate with buyers, internal teams (PPIC, Production, QA, R&D, Purchasing), and vendors on order requirements.

Prepare and monitor order tracking and Time & Action (T&A) to ensure all milestones are met on time.

Ensure all material, trims, and sample approvals meet buyer specifications.

Assist in cost analysis and recommend cost‑saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Supervise and guide merchandising team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist the Merchandising Manager in buyer performance analysis and strategic planning.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (Textile, Fashion Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field) more preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment/apparel export merchandising (woven/knit).
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).
• Strong understanding of product development, costing, material sourcing, and production planning.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, & ERP experience is a plus.
• Good leadership, teamwork, and analytical thinking.
