A leading Indonesian department store chain is seeking a candidate to support the Buying Manager in evaluating merchandise performance. The role involves analyzing product performance, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring efficient stock management. Support and assist the Buying Manager in evaluating merchandise performance, including sales, inventory levels, and slow-moving items.
Conduct regular analysis of product performance and provide insights to optimize assortment and stock efficiency.
Plan and execute merchandise clearance strategies to achieve sales and inventory targets.
Coordinate closely with suppliers regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Store Operations to ensure proper product display, stock management, and execution of promotional and clearance programs.
Monitor inventory levels across stores and ensure the right product allocation based on demand and store potential.
Maintain up to date product data, pricing, purchase orders, and related documentation.
Prepare and present merchandise performance reports to support business decisions.
