Responsibilities
  • Responsible for Policy administration process including client maintenance, corporate maintenance and plan benefit maintenance as per policy term condition.
  • Assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organisation plans.
  • Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation as a whole.
  • Responsible for setting policy, enrolment member process and membership card personalization.
  • Prepare regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and ad hoc reports.
  • Accountable for daily operations to meet productivity or service standards as defined by management in line with department and/or division.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, insurance, TPA or similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work when needed.
