Responsibilities

• Ensures alignment and consistency to the relevant systems, processes and procedures.
• Implements agreed controls, practices and procedures in accordance with SLAs and ensures regulatory compliance is met.
• Takes personal responsibility for resolving issues using commercial and business awareness; helps develop procedures that underpin the handling of work and seeks ways to improve them.
• Assists project teams in delivering projects to improve operational performance by conducting pre- and postproduction validation and communicating results.
• Provides post-implementation support to mitigate risks and issues until steady state is achieved.
