Overview

Melva Balemong Resort (4*) in Ungaran, Semarang - Central Java is seeking qualified Indonesian citizens to fill the following positions urgently.

Positions

• Director of Sales
• Sales Manager
• Executive Chef
• Sous Chef

Requirements

• Minimum 2-year experience in similar position from 4 or 3-star Resort/Hotel.
• Target oriented, Strong selling and Negotiation skills (1,2).
• Mastering at HACCP Standard (3, 4).
• Well acquainted with all day dining and banquet operation (3,4).
• Computer literate, Fluent in English both written and spoken.
• Good personality and positive attitude.
• Mature, confident and have strong leadership skills.
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work under pressure.
