Altius Hospitals is seeking a procurement professional in East Java who will identify and vet suppliers of medical equipment and general goods. You will manage end-to-end procurement from needs identification to PO issuance, collaborating with clinical teams to align specifications and trials with operational requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Pharmacy degree or related procurement background, with 1–2 years of healthcare sourcing experience and strong Excel skills to support cost analysis

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy preferred; other majors with relevant procurement experience are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in medical supplies or the healthcare industry.
• Have experience in procuring Medicines and Medical Devices
• Mastering Microsoft Office & Microsoft Excel

Aufgaben

• Identifying, vetting, and developing relationships with new and existing suppliers of medical equipment and general goods.
• Managing the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying needs and writing specifications to tendering and final purchase orders.
• Working with internal teams to understand clinical and operational requirements, evaluating equipment trials, and providing technical guidance on specifications.
• Tracking costs, implementing cost-reduction targets, and analyzing market trends to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Developing professional reports on market trends and ensuring compliance with procurement strategies and policies.
