About the role

As a Mechanical Technician - Gas Engine at PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk', you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing the power plant company's, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability. This full-time position is based in North Cikarang, West Java, and is essential in supporting the company's operations and achieving its overarching objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on gas engines, including inspections, adjustments, and repairs
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with gas engines, and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Monitoring the performance of gas engines and related systems, and implementing preventative maintenance measures
• Documenting maintenance activities and generating reports to track the condition and performance of gas engines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company's facilities
• Adhering to all relevant safety protocols and environmental regulations

What we\'re looking for

• A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in gas engine maintenance, power plant or similar industry
• Strong technical knowledge of gas engine systems, including their components, operations, and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, drawings, and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with cross-functional colleagues
• Experience in inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and rotating equipment
• Having knowledge of safety regulation especially in power plant
• Savvy with Maintenance Management System software such as CMMS MAXIMO
