Mechanical Technician – Gresik

Job Description:

• Work with due care & considerations to safeguard our health, safety & environment related to our activities, complying with related safety company regulations.
• Adhere to all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) regulations and implement all necessary measures for work, health, and environmental protection within the range of responsibility.5S driven and ensure a clean environment (housekeeping) of inspection and maintenance area at all times.
• Define propose to Maintenance Engineer corrective and/or improvement action plans to improve overall machine efficiency (T5M).
• Prepare and execute PM tasks to achieve the best equipment performance.
• Execute equipment breakdown and annual maintenance.
• Available for any production call for help during off‑office hours.
• Execute requirements for ISO 9001 Quality Management System compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Experience/background: 3‑5 years experiences in continuous production line.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Asset Reliability: Ensure reliable and efficient operation of static and rotating equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and proactive maintenance.
• Shutdown & Spare Parts Management: Coordinate Turnaround (TAR) activities and manage consumable and capital spare parts.
• Change Management: Implement technical reviews and approvals for any changes via Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, reliability engineers) and external parties (contractors, government authorities).

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an Mechanical Engineer in an industrial, petrochemical plant, power plant, etc.
• Five (5) years in continuous process plants on Mechanical maintenance, repair & overhaul of rotating equipment (e.g., Compressor, pump, turbine) & static equipment (e.g., Storage Tank, Pressure vessel, Pipeline).
• Holding ISO Vibration level II or III, lifting, Coating Inspector SSPC/NACE certification will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in distributive control system (DCS), operation and maintenance are an advantage.

Maintenance Mechanical Foreman

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities of mechanical equipment.
• Plan and schedule maintenance tasks and allocate work to mechanical technicians under supervision.
• Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely and in compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems such as pumps, conveyors, valves, compressors, and gearboxes.
• Diagnose mechanical failures and determine appropriate repair methods.
• Coordinate with the warehouse/procurement team for spare parts, tools, and material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
• Collaborate closely with Electrical, Instrumentation, and Production teams to minimize plant downtime.
• Provide technical guidance, on‑the‑job training, and supervision to mechanics.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives for recurring equipment issues.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical maintenance (advantageous).

Technical Knowledge:

• Industrial mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, valves, conveyors, gearboxes, piping).
• Perform maintenance and repair of lifting equipment.
• Alignment, balancing, lubrication systems.
• Basic welding & fabrication.

Fluent in English both oral and written, min passive.’
