Job summary

PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk - Unit Sidoarjo is seeking a Mechanical Project Staff to support engineering design and project execution across Indonesia. You will apply flow diagrams, conduct technical analyses, supervise activities, and perform QC and safety duties on site.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering.
• Fresh graduates welcome; project experience advantageous.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and flow diagrams.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia and work at heights with K3 compliance.

Responsibilities

• Apply basic flow diagrams as the fundamental basis for engineering design and development.
• Conduct technical analysis and problem-solving to address design-related issues during project implementation.
• Supervise project execution to ensure activities are on schedule, within budget, and meet technical specs.
• Perform Quality Control (QC) to ensure the quality of project processes and deliverables.
• Act as a safety officer to ensure implementation of Occupational Health and Safety standards.
• Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of equipment and project structures.
• Prepare Engineer’s Estimates and Owner’s Estimates for project cost planning.
• Create and develop technical drawings using AutoCAD 2D.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Support development of mechanical systems, steel structures, and water/wastewater treatment systems.
• Collaborate with farm operations teams to ensure design, installation and maintenance of farm facilities.
• Provide technical support for farm infrastructure development including utility systems, poultry housing, water treatment, etc.
• Integrate farm operational requirements into project planning and execution.
