Job summary

PT Pratama Abadi Industri is seeking a fresh engineering graduate in mechanical or electrical disciplines to design, develop, and improve machine hardware for manufacturing modernization. You will join production-floor teams to gain hands-on experience, participate in cross-functional projects, and support training on machine operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong interest in manufacturing, machinery, and industrial environments.
• Familiar with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting concepts.
• Experience from projects, internships, or campus engineering activities is a plus.
• Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
• Able to communicate in English at a basic conversational level.
• Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority.
• Willing to travel to multiple sites within Pratama Group if needed (mostly placed in Serpong).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve machine hardware and mechanical systems to support manufacturing modernization initiatives.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis of manufacturing machines.
• Support machine modification, maintenance activities, and technical problem-solving on the production floor.
• Participate in engineering and improvement projects related to equipment, processes, and production lines.
• Provide basic training and technical guidance related to machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to drive efficiency and reliability.
