Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia seeks a Mechanical Design Supervisor for our client in Cikarang. The role leads the mechanical design engineering team and oversees product design from concept to mass production, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, possess strong English skills, and have 5+ years in mechanical/product design with supervisory experience and solid knowledge of design processes, 3D

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• High-conversational English level.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Mechanical/Product Design Engineering.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product design and development processes.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software and engineering drawings.
• Good leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Experience with major home appliance manufacturers (Samsung, LG, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of strength, thermal, and fluid analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Mechanical Design Engineering team.
• Manage product design and development projects from concept to mass production.
• Assign and supervise design tasks to ensure project completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the development process.
• Ensure designs comply with quality standards and QMS requirements.
• Support technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
