Job summary

KOI Mandarin Education in Jakarta Utara is seeking dedicated tutors for Mathematics and Science to join our learning centre team. You will assist students with homework and exam prep, and explain concepts in a clear, accessible way.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of Mathematics and/or Science.
• Patient and able to work with students of different abilities.
• Enjoys working with children and teenagers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Background in Mathematics, Science, Education, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with homework, exercises, school materials, and exam preparation.
• Explain concepts in a clear, simple, and easy-to-understand way.
• Work with students with different learning abilities and levels.
• Monitor and provide feedback on students' learning progress.
• Adapt teaching methods according to each student's needs.
• Follow the learning centre's teaching system and standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
