Job Title - Materials Supply Analyst (79286)

Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia

The Materials Supply Analyst plays a hybrid role that blends operational supply planning, analytics, and continuous improvement. You will support day‑to‑day material planning while driving improvements in planning systems, governance, and performance across the supply chain.

This role partners with production, procurement, suppliers, master data, and global excellence teams to ensure material readiness, process optimization, and data quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute material supply to ensure uninterrupted production by developing and maintaining accurate MRPs using ERP/APS systems (SAP ECC, Kinaxis).
  • Forecast raw material requirements and manage inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers and production planners to mitigate shortages, optimize lead times, and ensure supply reliability.
  • Monitor and analyze demand patterns, inventory trends, material risks, and supplier performance, while maintaining KPIs such as forecast accuracy, planning adherence, and inventory health.
  • Develop analytical models, dashboards, and automated reports using advanced tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python) to enhance visibility, decision‑making, and governance.
  • Lead or support supply chain improvement projects, including planning digitalization, DRP implementation, and localisation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and cross‑functional alignment.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing planning processes, improving master data accuracy, supporting sustainability initiatives, and contributing to change management and training.

You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, or other supply chain roles; experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, or similar industries is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI and Python is a strong advantage.
  • Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC) and advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
  • Experience in project management; PMP, APICS CPIM, or CSCP certification is preferred and considered a strong advantage.
