Role Description

The Master Teacher is a part-time, on-site role based in Stabat, responsible for delivering high-quality English lessons aligned with the Academy’s curriculum and teaching standards. Daily activities include planning and preparing lessons, conducting live classes, facilitating interactive learning, and monitoring student progress. The Master Teacher will provide clear explanations, give constructive feedback, and support learners in building confidence and proficiency in English. The role also involves collaborating with other educators, participating in training sessions, and ensuring a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Education and Teaching, with proven experience in English language instruction.
• Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing engaging activities and supporting learner development.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with international curricula (e.g., Cambridge) and digital learning platforms is an advantage.
• Comfortable working on-site in Stabat and managing part-time teaching schedules.
• Strong classroom management skills and a learner-centered, inclusive teaching approach.
