Qualifications

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hairdressing and beauty industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision haircuts, shaves, and beard grooming using professional-grade tools and techniques.
• Provide personalised grooming consultations to clients, offering recommendations based on their preferences and face shape.
• Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and sanitation across all tools, equipment and work areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Keep abreast of current trends and styles in men's grooming and hairdressing.
• Manage appointments and ensure clients are attended to in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organised and welcoming barbershop environment.
• Operate the till and process payments accurately.
