About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Supervisor to join our dynamic Freight Forwarding team at PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement across our freight forwarding services. Based in our South Tangerang Banten office, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence and strengthening our brand in the industry.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our freight forwarding services and solutions.
• Manage marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
• Participate in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and website content.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in freight forwarding marketing.
