Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and strategic Marketing Supervisor who can elevate Star Generation’s visibility, drive partnerships, and shape our reputation as the go-to brand for international school students. This role is perfect for someone who combines business growth acumen, marketing creativity, and educational insight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Development: Craft and execute brand strategies to make Star Generation a household name in all of Indonesia. Build a “face” of Star Generation and position our top tutors as recognizable thought leaders and trusted education figures.
  • Marketing & Communications: Design and manage marketing campaigns (social media, digital ads, events, PR) that resonate with international school communities. Create engaging content in English that resonates with students and parents from diverse cultural backgrounds. Ensure consistency in Star Generation’s messaging, tone, and brand image. Build a strong online presence (social media, website, content, PR) to increase brand awareness and credibility.
  • Business Development: Identify partnerships with schools, education communities, influencers, and international student networks. Explore innovative ways to position Star Generation in the competitive education space.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies that position Star Generation as the premier tutoring partner for international school students.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs, mindset, and aspirations of international school students and their families.
  • Collaborate with tutors and academic teams to highlight Star Generation’s strengths in academic excellence and personalized learning.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in branding, marketing, or business development, ideally in the education sector or youth-focused industries.
  • Strong understanding of international school culture, students, and parents.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
  • Creative thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable campaigns.
