Job description

This is a Marketing leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing a marketing team, and driving sales targets and market development for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies aligned with company targets and needs, including programs to increase brand awareness and sales
• Identify market opportunities and potential sales channel development
• Lead, direct, and oversee marketing team performance and task allocation
• Ensure team members understand targets and responsibilities through regular briefings, monitoring, and performance evaluation
• Take responsibility for achieving established marketing targets and monitor sales progress and marketing activities
• Develop improvement strategies when targets are not met and strategies to increase customer acquisition and repeat orders
• Conduct field monitoring of marketing activities and identify potential new customers or partners
• Oversee execution of events, promotions, and marketing activities according to company standards
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing activity reports and analyse program results based on data and target achievement
• Coordinate with Sales, Store, Reseller, Warehouse, and Production divisions regarding strategy, product availability, and distribution support
