Job Responsibilities
  • Execute marketing plans, promotional campaigns, and digital activities based on brand direction.
  • Coordinate with Design, Operations, and external vendors for smooth implementation.
  • Manage social media calendars, content posting, and basic performance tracking.
  • Support product launches, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to improve marketing execution.
  • Prepare weekly reports on campaign performance, sales impact, and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across materials and outlets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in marketing (F&B industry is a plus).
  • Strong coordination skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Creative mindset with hands‑on experience in social media and basic analytics.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa and English.
