Marketing Brand Specialist (Beauty Industry)
Job Description
We’re looking for a Marketing Brand Specialist who’s ready to take the lead in shaping our brand story and driving impactful marketing campaigns in the beauty industry.
If you have strong experience in brand marketing, digital campaigns, and creative storytelling — this role offers the opportunity to grow into a managerial position and lead brand initiatives end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement
- Lead social media, influencer, and paid marketing campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft impactful visuals and content that reflect our brand identity
- Plan and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches and seasonal campaigns
- Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and consumer behavior to optimize results
- Coordinate with internal teams (eCommerce, Creative, and Product) to ensure consistency across all channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry
- Proven experience in launching and promoting beauty products
- Proficient in social media marketing, paid media, CRM, and brand storytelling
- Strong copywriting and visual marketing sensibility
- Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Shopify, Klaviyo, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Passionate about the beauty industry and aware of current market trends
- Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Willing to be placed at Golf Island, PIK – North Jakarta
