Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Marketing Specialist based in Canggu. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Day‑to‑day tasks include conducting market research, planning campaigns, managing customer relations, and optimizing communication efforts. Collaboration with the sales team to support business growth is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, curate, and manage content for social media platforms.
  • Schedule and monitor posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events and campaigns.
  • Engage with clients, followers, and stakeholders online and offline.
  • Handle influencer partnerships and other collaboration opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Support sales and promotional activities to drive engagement and revenue.
  • Prepare and analyze marketing reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills in English to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in social media management, including Meta platforms.
  • Experience in Market Research and Sales to understand trends and drive business development.
  • Proficiency in Marketing Strategy to create and oversee impactful campaigns.
  • Ability to create content for social media, manage scheduling, and coordinate marketing events.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast‑paced on‑site environment.
  • Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
