About The Role

A Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to effectively reach the company’s target audience and achieve business objectives. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands‑on execution to ensure consistent, impactful brand communication across all channels.

What You Will Do
  • Contribute to developing the marketing strategy with the marketing leads, build the marketing roadmap, and develop winning marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
  • Scale up the implementation of various marketing campaign plans in an end-to-end manner (plan, execute, monitor, report, refine).
  • Collaborate closely with different squads, including creative, public relation, acquisition, engagement, product development, and other cross‑functional units (including agencies and partners).
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Manage marketing budgets to achieve OKRs/KPIs effectively and efficiently.
  • Explore and experiment with new marketing channels, creative formats, and communication trends to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
What You Need to Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience handling marketing campaigns or brand communication strategies in Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with digital campaigns and all major social media platforms.
  • A self‑starter with strong initiative and a good network of professional contacts.
  • Good English, both written and spoken (preferred).
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in handling brands or campaigns in the banking or financial industry is a strong plus.
