Overview

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies that enhance brand recognition, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Oversee brand identity, messaging, and content strategy to ensure consistent representation across all marketing channels, both internal and external.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms, with a focus on increasing digital engagement and audience ratings.

Drive initiatives to improve visibility and engagement on company websites, social media, and other digital platforms through data-driven strategies.

Collaborate closely with Commissioners, BOD, Principals across entities, and internal teams to ensure effective internal communication, alignment, and brand consistency.

Develop and deliver internal communication programs that educate and engage employees about brand values, culture, and corporate initiatives.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Manage and optimize the marketing budget to achieve maximum ROI and meet company goals.

Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing and internal communication activities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.
  • Proven success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies that significantly increase engagement, visibility, and brand perception.
  • Strong internal communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of effectively coordinating with senior leadership (Commissioners, BOD, and Principals) as well as diverse internal teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership abilities, with a track record of translating data insights into actionable marketing improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly and persuasively across all organizational levels.
