PT. Mandiri Niaga Indonesia, an outdoor furniture company, is seeking a strong Marketing & Sales Support Specialist to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can bring our outdoor furniture products to life through visually stunning and engaging videos.

The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and post-production, as well as a strong understanding of the outdoor furniture industry.

PT. Mandiri Niaga Indonesia, based in Semarang, is specialized in the production of exclusive outdoor furniture.

In cooperation with the German outdoor furniture brand BLOOM, we combine German quality and design standards, with Indonesian craftsmanship to create the ultimate in functional, luxury outdoor furniture.

The Role

In this role, you aren’t just pushing paper; you are the backbone of our sales engine. You will manage the lifecycle of our wicker collections—from ensuring our digital catalogs look stunning to helping our sales team close deals with interior designers, retailers, and wholesalers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Enablement: Process orders, track shipments, and provide real-time updates to the sales team and B2B clients.
  • Google Sheets Expert: Advanced proficiency is required. You should be comfortable with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Conditional Formatting to keep our complex inventory organized.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert on wicker types (natural vs. synthetic), weave patterns, and durability standards to answer technical client inquiries.
  • Lead Management: Qualify incoming inquiries and maintain our CRM database to ensure no lead "fades in the sun."
  • Marketing Support: Coordinate the distribution of physical samples (swatches/weaves) and digital marketing assets for trade shows and showroom displays.
  • Content Assistance: Help maintain our online store and catalogs, ensuring product descriptions and imagery for new wicker lines are accurate and enticing.
Qualifications
  • Industry Experience: 1–3 years in furniture, home decor, or interior design (Experience specifically with wicker, rattan, or outdoor furniture is a huge plus).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (like Salesforce or HubSpot), Microsoft Excel, and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills—you’ll be the voice of the brand for many of our partners.
  • Detail-Oriented: You can spot a shipping error or a typo in a catalog from a mile away.
