Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing Administration, Marketing Support, or a similar role.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to manage marketing documents, databases, reports, invoices, and campaign administration.
• Basic understanding of marketing campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Experience in hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or similar industries is a plus.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal, is preferred.

Responsibilities
