Digital Marketing – Marketing Officer
Business Focus: Distribution of cat and dog products, including pharmaceuticals and supplements
Status: Full‑time / On‑site
Position Overview: The Marketing Officer will be responsible for implementing the company’s marketing strategy, overseeing warehouse operations for the e‑commerce segment, and managing social media presence to drive brand visibility, sales, and customer engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or pet industry.
- Experience in e‑commerce operations and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with warehouse coordination or supply chain processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, Canva).
- Understanding of e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Shopify, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills for reporting and inventory analysis.
- Willingness to occasionally visit warehouse facilities and partners.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, growing company.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and working proficiency in English.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis for pet pharmaceuticals and supplements.
Support product launches, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
E‑Commerce & Warehouse Oversight
Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock management.
Monitor e‑commerce sales performance and identify areas for process improvement.
Ensure timely restocking and accurate inventory tracking for online platforms.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Create engaging content tailored to pet owners and veterinary audiences.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Sales & Marketing Staff
Company: Reliable Cable Solutions, PT SUPREME CABLE MANUFACTURING & COMMERCE Tbk, Indonesia’s largest cable manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Maintain good relations with customers.
- Respond to all forms of questions and complaints from customers.
- Negotiate with customers regarding products, prices, and specifications.
- Make reports to superiors after reviewing activities that have been carried out and achieved.
- Create strategic market plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major (on‑going study or fresh graduate welcome).
- Ability to speak English actively (oral & written; Mandarin is added value).
- Good analytical & logical thinking, open minded & good leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a willingness to learn.

Social Media Marketing Officer
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Team to review and execute paid campaign requests.
- Review campaign materials and publish content for paid campaigns across digital platforms.
- Set up, optimize, and manage boosted posts to ensure maximum performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure each post meets its KPIs within the designated period.
- Analyze campaign results, prepare performance reports, and compile proof of publication.
- Track and report detailed monthly social media performance of all media.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or a digital marketing industry or at an advertising agency (preferred).
- Proven experience in ad boosting and campaign management across Google, Meta, and TikTok.
- Skilled in developing analytical reports, generating social media performance & insights, and budgeting for ad performance optimization.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ads dashboards (Google, Meta, TikTok).
