Position

Our company is looking for a talent with a solid experience in Marketing to join our team as a Marketing Manager OTC

Your mission is to implement marketing plan of our products based on business strategies of the Brand. You must be strong in Marketing strategy to expand business throughout marketing campaign.

Duties / Responsibilities
  • Translate global brand vision into specific strategies for the brand.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to align on all new product launches and commercial launches.
  • Translate global launch plans and brand calendar into specific launch plans and calendars.
  • Gather business intelligence on category market trends and share best practices.
  • Innovate the consumer experience across all touch points with a strong focus on trial and service.
  • Develop mix of tactics that strengthens brand relevance, meets sales goals and is consistent with brand strategies.
  • Lead communication between Marketing and Sales -- facilitate and lead calls and meetings, and work to build consensus and alignment across departments.
  • Lead the creation of sales materials (presentations and products used to sell in new launches, business development tools prospecting materials).
  • Drive the creation of assets (imagery, signage, POPs, decals, merchandising, etc) with the Marketing team and Graphic Design.
  • Manage communication between IT, Sales, Inside Sales, and Marketing to manage look, feel, and functionality of products.
  • Collaborate with channel, leadership on promotions and incentives that drive the business.
  • Review and approve all promotions, buy-ins, and incentives.
  • Act as presenter/facilitator with sales team when needed.
  • Track performance of initiatives against KPI or comparable benchmarks. Consolidate performance and report to key shareholders.
  • Steer Marketing to develop initiatives that fit channel needs and provide Marketing with launches performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with all necessary internal and external departments (Marketing, Sales, Education, Finance, Product Development, Supply Chain).
  • Launch good brand awareness with the brand social media, website, and collaboration with Public Relation team.
  • Manage marketing plan with marketing expenses.
  • Producing detailed analysis, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on brand performance, and proactively proposing actions to maximize ROI.
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor or Magister of Marketing/Business/Economy
  • Minimum 10 years experience with pharmaceutical industry (especially OTC)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take complete ownership of projects.
  • Must have ability to think strategically and to conceptualize and implement new ideas.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
  • Ability to identify, prioritize and adjust to multiple needs.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination and project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and team building capabilities with internal functional groups as well as with external partners.
  • Marketing experience within pharmaceutical industry
  • Must possess excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must have commercial mindset and strong in Marketing strategies.
  • Good product sensitivity.
  • Strong in Business Planning & Analysis.
  • Creative, out of the box thinking.
  • Integrity, honest, firm, thorough, disciplined, committed, responsible, willing to take risks, able to make decisions quickly and accurately and can be trusted.
