A leading integrated facility management firm seeks a Marketing Manager to develop strategies aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has 5 years of relevant experience, proven skills in B2B marketing, and a strong ability to manage projects and client relationships. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate closely with senior management and drive marketing initiatives across various channels.
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5 years of relevant experience in Integrated Management, Property Management, or Service Industry.
Proven experience in B2B marketing, tender process, and client relationship management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Competence in market research, proposal/tender preparation, and contract negotiation.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and project management ability.
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings or project visits

High level of initiative and self-motivation

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company goals and business objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to identify market opportunities and create effective go-to-market strategies.
Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs.
Analyze customer insights to support product and pricing strategy improvements in IFM services.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns through key performance indicators (KPIs).
Prepare periodic reports to assess campaign effectiveness and optimize future marketing activities.
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, print, social media, and events.
Manage the company’s brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all communication materials.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to support tender proposals, presentation materials, and client communications.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service offerings meet client expectations and market demands.
