Job description

Solid FTTH-related professional knowledge: familiar with fiber optic communication principles, FTTH network architecture (such as PON technology, ODN networks, etc.), equipment characteristics, and related technical standards, and the ability to clearly explain the feasibility and advantages of project technical solutions to clients.

Understanding of local Indonesian telecommunications industry policies, regulations, and industry standards, including but not limited to network construction permits, spectrum usage regulations, and environmental protection requirements.

Understanding of the competitive landscape and development trends in the Indonesian telecommunications market, with a clear understanding of the products, solutions, and pricing strategies of major competitors.

Required Skills
  • Market Research and Analysis: Ability to conduct in-depth research on market demand, user scale, and spending power in different regions of Indonesia, and provide clients with customized FTTH solutions based on this research.
  • Proposal Planning and Writing: Independently or collaboratively develop pre‑sales proposals for FTTH projects, including network planning, equipment selection, and cost budgeting, based on client needs and project specifics.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Excellent verbal communication skills, fluent in Indonesian and English, and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Actively maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, and regularly visit and communicate with them.
Personal Qualifications and Other Requirements
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, conscientious and accountable in work.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to travel to various regions in Indonesia.Candidates with relevant work experience are preferred, such as pre‑sales, sales, or technical support experience in the telecommunications industry, or general contracting experience with companies such as TA and myrepublic.
Job Responsibility
  • Design customized broadband solutions or products based on customer needs, leveraging professional knowledge to compare various options and recommend the best choice.
  • Have the ability to present solutions/products.
  • Market research: Identify the pain points of customers, conduct a simple analysis of competitors' products (with a focus on TA or myrepublic's total contracting project experience).
  • In coordinating cross‑functional aspects, maintain close cooperative relationships and draw on project experience to support customer relationships.
  • Prefer candidates with mature total contracting project experience, especially those with relevant experience in TA or myrepublic companies.
  • Customer relationship maintenance: Maintain long‑term good relationships with customers, conduct regular customer follow‑ups, and understand customer satisfaction with the project and new requirements.
