Job description

As a Marketing Manager, you are responsible for driving brand growth and commercial performance across a portfolio of premium beauty and fragrance brands. This role plays a key part in building strong brand equity while delivering measurable business impact, balancing strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple brands. This position reports directly to the Brand Manager (Head level).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead brand marketing strategy and execution to drive brand equity, engagement, and sales performance.
  • Deliver integrated 360° campaigns across digital, PR, retail, CRM, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Own digital and e‑commerce marketing performance across social and paid media.
  • Plan and execute impactful product launches, events, and brand activations.
  • Manage PR, KOL, brand communications, and partners to ensure consistent storytelling with principal.
  • Track performance, manage budgets, and translate data into actionable insights and reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Management, Business or related field.
  • Experience with beauty brands, across skincare or fragrance, or work experience in the media industry will be beneficial.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing.
  • Experience required in developing marketing plan including digital ads, social media campaign, PR, event planning, or related field of minimum 3 years.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral & written, time management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Have strong networking, negotiation skills, and clear delegation with internal team and external industry media.
  • Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
  • Retail & Consumer Products 101–1,000 employees.
