A leading FMCG company in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at building brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, focusing on food or snacks. Strong analytical skills and fluency in English are mandatory. This role offers the opportunity to lead a creative marketing team and manage product launches effectively.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for ATL, BTL and campaigns to build brand awareness and increase market share.
Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across various channels, including digital, social media, printed channels, displays and in-store promotions.
Lead the development of new product launches and ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
Monitor Registration Halal BPJPH, BPOM, Registration ML Number and importation
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies and drive in-store execution.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using metrics such as ROI, sales data, and customer feedback.
Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and media partners.
Oversee brand management and ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing channels.
Responsible for organizing regular reviews after the new product project launch, jointly with the sales, and marketing team to track the achievement of the goal and conclude the effective experience.
Communicating effectively with team members and internal clients to set expectations, advance projects, and troubleshoot issues.
Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and performance excellence.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector, with a focus on food or snacks is a must, with the current or last position at the Manager level and handle national area.
Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.
Experience develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for ATL, BTL and campaigns. Also lead the development of new product launches.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and consumer trends.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
Ability to lead and manage a team, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to be placed in BSD, South Tangerang.
