A leading beauty and personal care company in Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop brand strategies and lead marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of marketing experience, including 3 years in a managerial position, and strong knowledge of the FMCG sector. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to product launches and optimize marketing plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry; prior experience with international brands is preferred.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  2. Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry; prior experience with international brands is preferred.
  3. Strong understanding of the beauty/personal care market, consumer behavior, and channel structure in Indonesia.
