A leading FMCG company in Jakarta is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement brand strategy, manage marketing activities, and lead the marketing team. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of experience, including 3 years in a management role within an FMCG company. Strong skills in project management and analytical thinking are essential. This role offers an opportunity to drive significant market share growth and manage a dynamic team.
Develop and implement Brand Strategy: market segmentation, price positioning, marketing research, product positioning
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department. Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
Develop and implement Marketing Plan and budget
Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR (cooperation with ATL and BTL agencies)
Analyzes current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost effective manner
Lead the development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this market segment
Consistently delivering key objectives and targets (sales, market share, brand strength, profitability)
Adjusting and refining plans based on results, market changes and competitive activities
Plan Trade marketing activities in cooperation with TM department: Motivation programs of the Sales Representatives
Ongoing brand review: KPIs, brand health, brand equity etc.
Lead marketing team
Over 10 years of experience in Marketing Management/Brand Management/Strategy Development including 3 years as a Marketing Manager in leading FMCG company recognized for its brands and professional marketing practices (FMCG as a must).
Understands the personal care industry and market trends well.
Management experience (not less than 3 direct subordinates)
Track record of breakthrough newsworthy campaigns, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Ability to deliver effective business relations at all levels, internally and externally.
Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing a plus
Ability to seamlessly work cross-functionally
Ability to influence with or without authority
Proven record of results achievement, problem solver, flexible, able to adapt to new ways of working.
Good for project management and analytical skill
Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, proactive with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.
Able to work independently as well as able to work with the team
Dress neatly, mature, high self-motivated, ambitious and well organized with strong interpersonal skills
