We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Marketing Manager to lead the company’s strategic market development and growth initiatives. This role focuses on creating new business opportunities, expanding networks, and building long-term partnerships that strengthen the company’s presence across multiple sectors - Oil & Gas, High-Rise Building, Industrial, and Service. The Marketing Manager is expected to proactively explore new markets and clients, bring in fresh leads, and identify potential sectors that align with the company’s long-term growth direction. The position requires a professional with a strong business network, analytical thinking, and the ability to transform opportunities into measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to explore new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify potential clients and market sectors aligned with the company’s business focus, including EPCs, contractors, and project owners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, developers, EPC companies, and industry stakeholders.
  • Generate new and qualified leads through professional networks and market research.
  • Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify emerging trends and untapped opportunities.
  • Collaborate with management and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handover and execution.
  • Represent PT Roda Nurmala in exhibitions, forums, and professional business events.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on lead generation, market development, and business growth.
Requirements
