Job summary

About the role

PT Sinar Lima Abadi is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth for our products and services. This position is based in Bekasi Regency, West Java and Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services

Overseeing all marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, events, and content creation

Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities for growth

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience

Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and adjusting strategies as needed

Managing the marketing budget and optimizing expenditure to achieve maximum return on investment

Staying up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage and/or restaurant industry.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 35 to 45 y.o

Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin is a plus.

Proven experience in developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies

Strong expertise in brand management, promotions, campaigns, and product positioning.

Experience with digital marketing, social media, and online platforms.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills; proactive and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, reliable, and result-oriented

Strong leadership skills, able to work independently as well as in a team.

Creative, innovative, responsible, honest, and possess strong communication skills.

Analyses current performance, trends, market conditions and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost-effective manner

Willing to be based in Grand Wisata - Bekasi , DKI Jakarta, and mobile to other locations as required.
