A leading marketing firm in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for domestic and export markets. Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for both domestic and export markets.
Align all marketing activities with the company’s vision, brand values, and business objectives.
Prepare annual marketing plans, campaign calendars, and performance targets.
Supervise and guide Business Development / Marketing Officers to ensure effective execution.
Conduct regular meetings for target evaluation, campaign progress, and market updates.
Provide mentoring, direction, and performance feedback to the marketing team.
Identify potential markets, new business opportunities, and brand partnerships.
Strengthen brand visibility through digital, event, and partnership channels.
Oversee the execution of promotional activities, product launches, and exhibitions/trade shows.
Manage all communication channels, including social media, websites, newsletters, and media relations.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing materials and public communication.
Supervise digital campaigns and analyze engagement, reach, and ROI.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations for management.
Use data insights to optimize strategy and decision-making.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor expenditures for cost efficiency.
Report marketing results, feedback, and improvement plans to the Operational Director.
