About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at PT Khong Guan Biscuit's Central Jakarta office. This full-time position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for our range of biscuit products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Brand strategy: market segmentation, price positioning, marketing research, product positioning.
  • Manage all marketing activities within the marketing department.
  • Develop marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
  • Develop and implement marketing plan and budget.
  • Plan and implement ATL and BTL activities: media communications, consumer promotion, PR (in cooperation with ATL and BTL agencies).
  • Analyze current performance, trends, market conditions, and other contributing factors and provide adequate protection through the distribution system in a cost‑effective manner.
  • Lead development and implementation of strategy to gain significant market share in this segment.
  • Consistently deliver key objectives and targets: sales, market share, brand strength, profitability.
  • Adjust and refine plans based on results, market changes, and competitive activities.
  • Plan trade marketing activities in cooperation with TM department: motivation programs for the sales representatives.
  • Ongoing brand review: KPIs, brand health, brand equity.
  • Lead marketing team.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
