Now, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager in Indonesia to lead our regional marketing strategy, build strategic partnerships, and uncover new business opportunities to drive our growth.
The Role
As Marketing Manager in the Indonesia region, you’ll design and execute integrated marketing campaigns, lead high-impact events, and work closely with global and regional teams to expand TrueWatch’s presence in Indonesia. You’ll play a key role in driving pipeline, strengthening relationships, and positioning TrueWatch as a trusted technology partner in the Indonesian market, working with our reseller partner ecosystem.
Your Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan and run multi-channel marketing programs (email, social media, webinars, events) that drive demand and support revenue goals.
- SEO & Content – Own the local digital presence by developing keyword strategies, managing the Indonesia website, and crafting blogs aligned with SEO best practices. Analyze trends to create insightful, high-impact content.
- Social Media & Copywriting – Manage local social channels, create compelling posts, and maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms.
- Event Marketing – Lead in-person and virtual events, including trade shows, conferences, and demos. Represent TrueWatch and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and partners.
- Project Management & Optimization – Oversee planning, execution, and performance tracking of campaigns. Manage budgets, timelines, and optimize results for maximum ROI.
- Business Development Support – Support customer acquisition and partnerships by identifying prospects, assisting outreach, and nurturing opportunities through CRM.
- Regional Ownership – Take full responsibility for marketing execution in Indonesia, both online and offline.
- Ad Hoc Projects – Contribute to special initiatives or new business development programs as needed.

You’re a results-driven marketer with a proven track record of delivering creative, high-impact campaigns that accelerate growth. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and know how to balance strategy with hands-on execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
- 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS.
- Strong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot), SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs), and analytics platforms.
- Experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, and operations.
- Creative, proactive, and hands-on problem solver.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growth, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events and conferences.
