Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive retail sales performance across all offline and online channels.
Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (product launches, seasonal promotions, brand campaigns) to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and customer conversion.
Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistent messaging and strong retail customer experience across stores and digital platforms.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Creative teams to develop marketing initiatives supporting store traffic and revenue.
Manage marketing budget allocation, forecast spending, and ensure all activities deliver measurable returns.
Lead market and competitor analysis to optimize positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional approach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, media, and agencies to enhance brand exposure and campaign efficiency.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs tailored for the retail/optical segment.
