Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement marketing strategy, marketing plan, marketing campaign, promotion, and marketing budget
• Conduct observation, marketing survey, and marketing analysis, as well as product and stock management
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts
• Provide marketing reports and present weekly/monthly/quarterly/ yearly updates
• Promote the company’s and product’s brand through online and offline events
• Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures (if needed)
• Maintain good relationships with architects, consultants, developers, designers, and principals
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to optimize sales achievement

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor Degree in any major, preferably graduates from university in US/Australia/Singapore
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing (general, not only Marketing Communications)
• Strong understanding and implementation of the 5P concept
• Excellent communication, writing (creative writing), editing, and presentation skills
• Expert in Branding, Digital Marketing, and Social Media
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Teamwork spirit, integrity, leadership, attention to detail, honesty, discipline, good relationships, and dedication to the company
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design/marketing tools
• Up-to-date with latest marketing trends and measurement practices
• Ability to lead a representative Marketing team to achieve company goals
• Analytical mindset, ability to work under deadlines and pressure
