A leading energy solutions provider is seeking an ALL-IN-ONE MARKETING manager passionate about market penetration and expansion in Indonesia. This role involves designing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and developing distribution channels. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of marketing experience, and a strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape.
We are LS Battery Indonesia, the regional division of a Top Global Energy Solutions provider. We are specifically dedicated to dominating the Indonesian market by delivering world-class energy storage systems (ESS).
We are seeking a highly driven ALL-IN-ONE MARKETING manager who is passionate about market penetration and expansion. This role is crucial for driving the adoption of our flagship products, including the advanced Stackable Battery & All-in-One Inverter systems, across Indonesia's commercial and industrial sectors.
Market-Centric Strategy: Design and execute holistic marketing strategies focused on capturing and expanding market share within Indonesia (B2B/B2G).
Product & Value Proposition Localization: Tailor global product value propositions to effectively meet local market needs and address regional pain points (e.g., reliability, ease of integration).
Digital Market Campaigns: Lead and manage high-impact digital campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO) specifically geared towards generating sales-qualified leads and accelerating market growth.
Distribution Channel Development: Actively support the development and nurturing of our distributor network and B2B partnerships to maximize product reach in key Indonesian regions.
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep dives into local competitor activity and renewable energy regulations to provide actionable insights for sales and product positioning.
Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing, with a proven track record in Market Development or B2B/B2G sales support, preferably in the Renewable Energy or Industrial Equipment sector.
Strong understanding of the Indonesian business landscape and market dynamics is mandatory.
Familiarity with battery technology (Lithium) and ESS is a significant advantage.
Exceptional skills in Digital Marketing and data-driven decision making.
Excellent proficiency in English (written & verbal). English Working environment
